Mid and North East Essex Mind is a mental health charity supporting people in the local area through mental health support and advice.

Challenge

Mid and North East Essex Mind are a mental health charity that work across the Braintree, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon and Tendring districts. Mind believe that no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Mind were looking to increase their donations with a brand new website.

Action

In order to increase donations and simplify the user experience, TMH Media created, designed and developed a whole new website for Mid North East Essex Mind. Extensive functionality for donations, e-commerce, integrated forms and high levels of customisation were necessary to achieve the optimum experience for the target audience. Working closely to Mind’s brand guidelines, we created a modern, functional but simple to use website that catered for all target audiences, including internal staff.
