Challenge

Kent Police were looking to increase the number of applicants for their various open job roles by 5%. Kent Police were running digital marketing campaigns with their in-house team already, but they were not seeing the desired results. Kent Police needed to identify an effective way to generate career applicants, at mass, at an affordable rate. The campaigns had to perform better than their existing in-house team’s results.

Strategy and Approach

To address Kent Police’s challenges, we created a strategic plan to ensure that we were able to increase applicants for the various advertised job roles, generating interest across Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads and Meta Ads. This multi-channel approach enabled us to reach a large amount of the target audience, affordably.

Results

Impressions Delivered: Over 8,000,000 impressions were delivered, which increased visibility immensely.

Website Traffic: Increased website traffic by 31%.

    Increase in Applicants: Increased applicants by 18%, compared to the initial goal of 5%.
