Stuart Freeman – Chairman

I have been in media all my life I have managed and lead many successful media companies, starting my own company over 25 years ago. My main focus is our client base, we are only successful when they are and I am passionate about the relationships we have with them.

Outside of work I love all things Arsenal – the greatest team ever, followed by a good restaurant!

Emma Tinsley – Managing Director

I’ve worked in media for over 20 years and have extensive experience in TV, Press, Outdoor, and Radio. I have a passion for DRTV and love the fact that media today offers our clients so many different solutions to enable them to reach their target audiences at such cost effective rates. I also worked with leading teleshopping brands and helped launch TV stations onto the Sky platform.

Outside of work I love anything that includes my family and friends. I have two little girls, Hannah and Grace and they have to be my favourite people to hang out with. Also I’m a sucker for a good gourmet burger – bring on the sides!!!

Emily Miller – Management Accountant

I joined TMH in July 2014 having worked previously in various industries as a Management Accountant and Finance Manager. Thankfully having a head for numbers means I’m in the right line of work. I manage all of the day to day finance issues as well as HR and Health and Safety within the office.

On a personal note, I have three kids, all grown up but they still keep me busy. I love skiing in the winter and cycling in the summer. On a sunny day, you can usually find me on the patio, with my two dogs, husband and a glass of wine.

Karen Pease – Account Manager

I work on commercial sales at TMH assisting our agencies and clients direct. With over 12 years media experience I find it incredibly satisfying to watch our clients grow through campaigns that we plan and buy for them.

Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit by running and going to the gym. I love spending time at the cinema, picnics and theme parks with my extended family.

Rebecca Adams – Accounts Assistant

I started working for TMH in February 2017 after working in the Automotive Industry as an Office Administrator/ Accounts Assistant. My role here is a mixture of credit control, contracts and other general accounts enquiries.

Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family, I have 3 daughters and we do all kinds of arts & crafts as well as baking. I have just taken up photography and love going on country walks to take photos.

Alex Raven – Office Administrator

My role at TMH Media is Office administrator. I am the first point of contact if you call into the office or send a general email request. And I assist with admin duties such as contracts, office management, month end Digital reports and account management and generally keep the Digital guys in order!

Outside of the office, I enjoy socialising with my friends and going to the cinema and gigs.

Kerrylee Oaks – Head of Scheduling

I’m responsible for the scheduling at TMH, ensuring all commercials and programmes are running correctly. I also provide Sky’s EPG and Faith TV Scheduling.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my family and friends.

Rebecca Tozer – Graphic Design

I work on the varied Graphic Design and Marketing projects here at TMH Media, ranging from Logo designs to Adverts for clients. I am also responsible for creating and coordinating creative PR Campaigns as well as blogging and keeping all our social media and websites up to date. I have a true appetite for creativity and, combined with my background in footwear design, have established a real love for communicating with clients to produce high quality design work. Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with my little family.

Daniel Effendi – Head of Digital

As head of digital it’s my job to manage the digital office allowing us to stay innovative and up to date with all of the latest digital marketing opportunities.

I design websites, carry out SEO, manage social media and pay per click campaigns, design emails and also keep the office juniors in check. I’m passionate about creating digital experiences that clients are proud to show off, seeing clients achieve their goals online is the most rewarding part of the job.

I’m also a huge basketball fan (Go Cavs!) and gadget lover.

Hayley Goodall – Sales Executive

I am part of the sales team, I have previous media experience in print, online and radio as well as event planning. When I am not in the office, I enjoy reading, going to the gym and spending time with my family. My son Jack is 1 and is already the most hilarious person I know.

Andy Dewar – Digital Assistant

I strategically review clients social accounts so they can maximize their potential.

On a personal note I am a music lover and I DJ in Ibiza over the summer. I enjoy travelling, especially when I’m visiting countries with hot weather!
